Add to that Stacia Bedford’s complaint about the unhelpful service she received, and it’s clear that Co-op Bow faces significant operational challenges.

Staff members Running arond like a headless chicken. Manager it’s horrible and very lazyThe staff will walk in to you walking a full speed and not apologiseVery funny how badly ran this place is. I go in there for a laugh because every time I go in there is something wrong with the tills and with all the stuff in the shop no one comes fix it instead they all hide and not make eye contact.Perfect if you need some material for a comedy script

A genuinely horrible shopping experience. Incessant deliveroo/getir/justeat machine beeping causing a chaotic atmosphere.Delivery drivers constantly knocking into you collecting their bags.Staff not caring about shoppers in store.Oh and forget about getting anything after about pm - shelves are always bare because of above mentioned delivery collections. This includes any form of essentials such as Paracetamol.Avoid if you can.

This is the WORST Coop in London. Usually sold out of everything and trashed by . every day, and the service is TERRIBLE. Went to the till to pay for something because I was looking for a liquour for baking, waited in the que and when it was my turn, I asked for it and the guy just stared at me blankly without saying a word and then just went on to serve the next person in the que (without helping me first)! Completely absurd...never been treated so rudely.
